As Co-President of MDC, my primary responsibility is to lead the executive team and oversee the strategic direction and expansion of the club. I am also responsible for representing MDC to our stakeholders and building and maintaining relationships with sponsors. Additionally, I oversee the activities of MDC and foster a supportive community within the executive team, which then reflects the culture of the entire club.Being the Co-President of MDC has provided me with numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. I have particularly enjoyed the challenge of leading and managing a team of individuals with different backgrounds and skill sets. During my time as a Marketing & Sales Intern at L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division, I had the opportunity to work across three key areas - marketing, sales, and administration. In marketing, I supported e-commerce, digital media, and point-of-sale activities. As for sales, I opened new customer accounts and managed the customer enquiry inbox for the division. One of my most notable accomplishments was my involvement in CeraVe's expansion project, which involved introducing its products to Green Cross Health Group, a network of approximately 350 pharmacies. Lastly, I assisted in the day-to-day administration of the division to ensure smooth operations. Through my internship, I developed strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and gained experience in problem-solving and project management.
