  Accountabilities for Credit Control •Mitigation of the Company’s Credit Risk. •Develop a credit policy that is within the company’s Procedures establishing a criterion for credit evaluation that all customers shall be subjected to. •Develop written credit assessment stipulating terms, limits etc. that have been derived from the evaluation and ensure regular re – evaluation of credit customers. •Coordinate Credit control meetings and ensure action points are followed up and Follow ups of outstanding amounts. •Monthly reports with full explanation to management on. •Supervision of the credit control department and provide coaching support to commercial teams and functions. •Put in place contracts for all existing Credit customers.
