Sonova’s vision is a world where everyone enjoys the delight of hearing and lives a life without limitations. To realize this vision, Sonova develops hearing aids and cochlear implants. For some years now, the optimal solution for people with hearing loss has included more than just the right hearing aid and fitting software to adapt the device to the individual needs of customers. It also includes an app that helps customers to further optimize their hearing aids or to stay in touch with their acoustician remotely. The product management team I lead is responsible for various software solutions. This includes various fitting softwares for acousticians, apps for consumers and other web-based solutions that connect acousticians and consumers. Every day I experience how much a change in culture is part of a Digitial Transformation. Only if we work user centered and interdisciplinary, only if we understand that it is not about products but about solution systems, we will reach the next level. To this end, I build bridges, especially to RnD. Together we build a process organization that works scaled agile. Together with my leadership colleagues in the RnD and with my direct reports, we are leading Sonova's agile process organization, which develops the software solutions internally and with external partners.In order to anchor interdisciplinary work more firmly, I accompany experts in the RnD as a mentor. I am convinced that the Wild West times on the Internet are over and that we can only retain and earn the trust of our customers with transparency. WIth my parents I've been renting out an apartment in a small town on Airbnb. I do the digital and they are the actual hosts. Why do I mention this? Because I've seen the power of digital marketplaces for providers and customers, how much travel connects people - even if you can't travel yourself - and how nice it is when the world is a guest in an old farmhouse. Hospitality - open, curious, friendly - can change the way we interact. And because I believe that I have learned more from these 10 years than from many a certificate. Show less

What appealed to me most about working as a consultant at Namics was the entrepreneurial perspective on innovative solutions. How do we use projects to move our customers forward? How do digital solutions create benefits for companies? How do digital channels merge with existing sales, for example? How do we dismantle existing silos to do this? Finding good answers to these questions has motivated me in every project. For the same reason, I helped build the Salesforce division internally. A powerful tool like Salesforce helps our customers understand their customers better. In combination with the right web solution, this creates synergies that became increasingly interesting for our customers - the more business critical the web, the more important it becomes to develop personalized and optimized solutions. In addition to the project work, it was my responsibility to manage seven consultants and user experience specialists with different levels of experience and to guide them in their further development.
