Worked in several departments including Child Welfare Intake and Ongoing, Kinship. Most recently was the CPIN Lead where I was responsible for onboarding all staff members to the CPIN system, liasing with minstry officials and provincial leaders, internal communications, developing training manuals and making recommendations to senior management regarding the system and it's relationship to the work being completed.
