Marijt is an active member of the Dutch Agile Community with an incredible level of energy. Her boundaryless ability to execute makes her a rare gem in the field of agile coaches. At her best when she can help people reach their full potential willingly, she doesn't shy away from confronting people with inconvenient truths. What's more, she's able to do that effectively on both a team as well as on an executive level, a rare combination. Her ability to master difficult topics fast is inspiring. Her pragmatic, results oriented approach to agility deserves to be emulated. I would hire her in a heartbeat.
