The activities vary between relatively small advisory board- and product development meetings, to multiple day cadaveric courses and large scale European symposia with over 1000 delegates. Key factors in project coordination are:- The Legal and Compliance aspect , where we make sure the activities abide by the rules and regulations:- To provide high quality service to and maintaining a professional relationship with Health Care Professionals;- Responsible for all logistical arrangements such as flights, transfers, hotel accommodation, meeting venues, catering etc. This includes full on site coordination; - Responsible for the financial management both before and after the activities;- Responsible for full Project Administration;- To provide the best standard in service throughout the process and to be a calling card for the company.All the above is managed in close collaboration with the Product- and Marketing Managers of the EMEA region’s business units and product engines.
