Starting from 2017 up to date, I have worked on three different projects: → Project coordinator at the EU funded project IPA II mechanism for nongovernmental organizations- the largest network of NGOs in North Macedonia organized in eight groups following the IPA structure. The primary goal of the IPA mechanism is to strengthen the influence of civil society in public policies and decision-making, as well as in civil and political dialogue, to influence key reforms for further support of the Republic of North Macedonia in the EU accession processes.; → Project coordinator of the project You can’t improve what you don’t measure: Innovative model for monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the civil society in Macedonia”, financed by Civica Mobilitas. The goal of the project activities was to lead to improved capacities and cooperation for systematic monitoring, evaluation and reporting of CSOs in North Macedonia, with a focus on Civica Mobilitas and its grantees.; → Specialist on Clustering of the EU funded project "Building competitiveness through cooperation and innovation: Accessing export markets for handicraft products". As part of the project team, I conducted research on the potentials, challenges and services for supporting the production of handicrafts in the border areas of North Macedonia and Kosovo; Established a network of artisans and a system for supporting the export of craft products and handicrafts from border regions; Lead the process of preparing a business plan for the network and co-operatives to support export, visual identity and marketing related to access foreign markets for handicrafts; Show less

During 2017 and 2018 I was engaged as a mentor for two groups of high school students who developed and implemented ideas for improving the society. The first group I worked with in 2017 held workshops for inter-ethnic integration, while the second group in 2018 made a two-day event for introducing graduates with the programs offered at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius. Both events were greatly prepared and visited. The teams then passed a self-evaluation process. In the period October 2015 – December 2016, I developed methodology and realized one year program for gender (in) equality. The program successfully finished with a debate „My superhero is a Mom“, where four mothers of people with disabilities shared their experience with the Macedonian educational and health system. In 2014 I was project assistant of a project called E- engagement implemented by the NGO Youth Alliance - Krushevo. The project idea was to provide Macedonians youngsters with knowledge and good practices for active involvement in the community through using the digital technologies. Having the position of project assistant, I was responsible for a team of four people and organization of five debates in five different cities in Macedonia as well as a two-day closing conference. In 2013 and 2014 I was logistical assistant for the yearly conference organized by Youth Alliance - Krushevo: International Youth Conference. The Conference is organized by the first time in 2003 and by now, each year is providing to the young leaders in the region open space for discussion on young people's problems. Show less

The World Bank supported by the UNICEF continued with financial and logistical support of the Babylon centers. The project successfully developed capacity of Agency of Youth and Sports, Babylonian Youth Centers and local governments to involve the youth in programs that can help address children and youth issues . The project had 28 youth centers (out of 33) fully sustainable at project completion. Those 28 youth centers build an network where I worked as Public Relations Manager. Alongside this position, I held Language & Culture classes at Babylon Porta, accommodated in MKC. Show less

The Babylon centers among which and the one in Gostivar continued to develop and popularize. They offered programs and activities that satisfy the needs of children and the youth, completing their life skills, learning healthy life styles, and providing them space to learn new skills that will help young people during employing, founding families, communication and inclusion in social life. I was working as a education assistant after classes and held open workshops to promote community involvement on improving the position of children and young people. On June 15, 1999 began the implementation of the project “Children - Youth Centers - Babylon” by the Italian humanitarian organization Cooperazione e svilupo (CESVI), funded by European Commission Humanitarian Office (ECHO) and ended in September 2000. The project had socio - educational character with special accent to relaxation of interethnic relations in North Macedonia and socializing of the children. The idea formed and provided sustainability of children - youth centers throughout North Macedonia.
