I had a great pleasure to work with Marija as her business partner and on many interesting projects. In 2021 when Marija was working as the Medical Manager for all Baltic countries we have successfully implemented VEEVA CRM and leaded together a great change management project for the Medical Team. In the next year, after Marija was appointed on the position of Baltic Countries Commercial and Medical Manager we have leaded together a change management project for the Sales team. Thanks to the implementation of IBM Planning Analytics the Sales Teams in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have started to plan the sales in the P&L view and with full visibility on the product level. In our whole cooperation Marija has been known as a strong leader with great team management skills that drive the success and achievement. Due to her experience in various fields she has holistic view which allows her to make right strategic decisions.
