General responsibilities:- To analyze various taxpayers transactions to assess and identify the risks related with tax avoidance and evasion (aggressive tax planning schemes); - To participate in an Aggressive tax planning and tax evasion schemes identifying Working group;- To introduce new court decision in tax disputes and explain it to auditors;- To participate in an Agreement with Taxpayer Working Group.
