  These positions involved all sorts of administrative tasks such as answering and making phone calls, answering emails, writing policies, handling all sorts of paperwork and file keeping, daily communications with staff, meeting with staff and administrators, administration of all personnel matters such as dealing with contracts, payrolls and Spanish social security contribution payments and taxes, making sure everything was within the framework of policies and decisions made by the management. Helping with the coordination of orientation, training, and assistance of new staff, helping them settle in smoothly. In this position all other legal matters were dealt with as well, such as obtaining various authorizations and permits, helping foreign staff with their legal status and paperwork, data protection matters, health and safety coordination and staff checkups, and dealing with cancellation of labor or other contracts. The legal matters were dealt with the collaboration of legal advisors. All tasks performed autonomously, pro-actively, taking personal initiatives to make sure all deadlines are met correctly and communications are dealt with properly and accurately. The company was recently sold to an international group which decided to reduce staff following important decrease in number of students and benefits to outsource such tasks as human resources. During all these years I have enjoyed the affection and respect of staff both as a colleague and a friend who has respected them and any time they have needed help and support I have been there for them, making it a pleasant working environment for all.
