  My current role in Cubitts consists of day-to-day interaction with a variety of customers. Most of them coming in store with expectation of exceptional services which I would always make sure are met.Aside from providing excellent service and genuine advice, other tasks include collecting customers’ data and details for medical records as well as Cubitts ones. Furthermore, I have gained great organisational skillsas I am required to manage appointments for both sight examinations and bespoke services.Another important thing that this role has thought me is building and maintaining relationships with customers as most of them will be coming back to the store on several occasions and a lot of them tend to turn in regulars. Last but not least, communication is key, face to face, over the phone and via email. Customers will usually enquire about the brand and our services, so I am required to have outstanding knowledge, so I am able to answer and deal with customers’ needs and questions of all sorts.
