  I am setting up the new studies, as well as testing links and sending sample. I'm also communicating with on-shore PMs and sometimes clients as I am in the External Team. My job is also to provide updates on a daily basis not only to our PMs/clients, but to our sample partners. After the survey ends and we have official confirmation for this my job as PM is to close the setup and update all panelists statuses.I have my own projects to take care of, but I am also covering all projects throughout the weekend, the projects of my colleagues from the night shift (half day) and when someone from the Team takes a sick day from work.All of this taught me to prioritize correctly the tasks when the workload is big, to be better at problem solving and how to operate on the different studies.
