I'm writing to recommend Marie's involvement in Qatar 2022 during her final year as a student at Syracuse University. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Marie for our student project 'Qatar 2022' pitch. It was my first project with her, and I certainly hope that it's not the last one. Despite being a copywriter, Marie demonstrated her determination to the project (note again that this is a student project with no credit or no reward) by conducting the most thorough research and analyzed the data before presenting it to the team. She also knew where the research needed to be, where the direction needed to go, and how the challenge needed to be tackled. She then proceeded to show her commitment to the project by showing up to our 7-hour boot camp in the library horribly ill. Even though we had asked her to go home many time that night, we knew that we would have never achieved our insight without her presence that night. Without her, the team would have never been able to be sent to Qatar, nor would we have been able to win an international competition in Doha. She was a great asset to the team not only because of her irreplaceable talents but also her hilarious witty jokes and her incredible personality. I'd strongly recommend her to any organization, and I hope we get to work together again in the future.

On a team of five, I participated in the Qatar 2022 Women's Soccer Challenge: a national student marketing competition held by Edventure Partners to persuade Qatari girls to play soccer. We created a strategy, media plan and creative campaign to showcase the off-the-field values of the sport. As top-3 finalists, we were invited to Qatar's capital to present to the 2022 FIFA World Cup Supreme Committee, and placed 1st.
