Marie is an amazing technological professional. I worked with her as a Help Desk specialist where Marie was almost immediately promoted to a second tier position providing support to the various Microsoft Office suite of tools. Her advanced skills allowed us to exceed our original service levels and assist our customers in most of their needs at first call. She has a calm demeanor and excels at communication with all levels of expertise. Marie was also expected to provide support on the IBM iSeries mainframe and she was able to learn the system quickly and become a viable source of information in that environment. She grasps concepts rather than steps in a task and is able to apply that information to other situations. Marie is professional, intelligent, responsible and provides a wide variety of benefits to her employer. In addition, she is fun to be around and works well either on her own or in a team. I would hire Marie again in a minute for almost any Information Technology position.
