In this framework, management of one junior lawyer, management of the allocated annual budget, selection of and liaison with the French, European and US counsels, Corporate secretary and support in Labor and Employment law matters (implementation of the "35-hour week" law within the company, Organisation of the Employees Representatives election). Legal department role was also to draft, negotiate and follow up global, European and French agreements on behalf of KeyMRO's customers (Software license agreements and IT hardware procurement contracts, supply and services - including transport and logistics - agreements). I have had the opportunity to draft and set up Contractual templates and to build up and implement contractual procedures (internal application and structuring the relations of the company with its customers), both in France and in the US.
