2015 - I was part of the team that designed a travel-based leadership development program called Explore. This was a one-year program designed to develop young leaders. It consisted of 3 months ministry and missions training in Pretoria. 7 Months of travelling and serving in 10 different countries and then ending with debrief in Pretoria. I helped with the development of program structure, marketing, finance systems, application process, interviews, training and debriefing, staff roles and responsibilities. 2016 - I was one of the team leaders that went through training with the first team and travelled with the team. My main responsibilities were to oversee the health and growth of the team. 2017-2019 - I worked closely with the director to keep on developing and improving the program. I was responsible to develop, organize, oversee, and facilitate the training and debrief of the teams.
