Fue una profesional comprometida con la entidad, enfocada en el estricto cumplimiento de sus funciones y asignaciones, de manera eficiente, eficaz y proactiva; además de ser muy analítica, tener iniciativa y ser incansable colaboradora y cooperadora en todos los aspectos. Mantuvo muy buenas relaciones humanas y laborales, fue cordial y entusiasta, motivadora y atenta, respetuosa, incluyendo a los usuarios de la Junta (sindicatos y personal legal o administrativo de la Autoridad del Canal). Como presidenta de la Junta presentó e impulsó iniciativas, siempre velando por mejoras y buscando alternativas para resolver situaciones críticas y superar obstáculos, dispuesta en todo momento a dar lo mejor de ella. Recomiendo a la licenciada Vlieg como una profesional y persona a carta cabal.
