      Belastingdienst/Toeslagen A new governmental body within the Tax Authorities was created to pay allowances to Dutch tax payers. Project managers were necessary to cope with unexpected problems. The projects I managed had a focus on implementing new processes and systems, “trouble shooting” and communication. Belastingdienst/Centrum for Process and Product Development A new organization (see above) had to be built; a project team was created to organize all the requirements: process design, IT-development, HRM strategy, housing and communication.
