As Manager of Customer Service and Operations, I am responsible for inventory management of over 1,000 books and specialty materials. I work closely with the warehouse to insure timely shipment of all orders and to ensure customers needs are exceeded. I started with the organization at their National Office in California, but when a personal opportunity brought me to Florida, I jumped at the chance to stay on board working remotely.
