Assisted in the launch of the SDDVC Faith Committee which brought together leadership from many faith based organizations in San Diego county towards training and awareness building within the community of faith. The committee was designed to assist faith leaders in addressing domestic violence issues within the faith community and what actions congregations can effectively take to help victims.

The Team is a confidential multidisciplinary team (District Attorney, Law Enforcement, County Medical Officer, County Welfare, DV Support Groups...) that conducts in-depth retrospective case reviews of intimate partner related fatalities that have occurred in San Diego County. Mission is to identify system-based opportunities for improvements in violence prevention and intervention policies, procedures and coordinated… I represented the Faith Community as a member of the S.D.
