Marie is a motivated worker and works very efficiently. When faced with a problem, she will try to find a solution first herself, which I find a very good mentality when working with a tight schedule. She works independent, but is not afraid to ask questions when they arise. She's a fast worker, so make sure you have enough tasks ready for her. She has a nice personality and is easy to communicate with. I hope to work with her again in the future.

Marie joined my team in a critical moment in the middle of a production and she brought all of her passion and hard work to make sure the team could reach its goals. Even though I wasn't always able to follow up with her due to the high work load of that particular time frame, I was impressed by how she would find her own way, and succeed, while carrying out her daily tasks. When I hired her I was not expecting to find someone with so many skills in terms of time management, work efficiency and reliability. If you will hire her, your only problem is going to be feeding her with enough work to keep her busy!
