  CulturePro is a start-up company developing an online training platform using visual learning to improve employee communication in a fast growing culturally diverse workforce. Developed in partnership with universities and multinational companies, CulturePro is created to ensure employees are better prepared for intercultural communication at the office and during international business interactions – and is delivered through bite-sized visual content. CulturePro is based on my PhD research into visually communicating cross-cultural behavioural differences. Our R&D activities include qualitative research into intercultural tension and miscommunication across healthcare, academia and corporate sectors. We are continuously exploring and using visual communication in the analysis and presentation of our research findings – in the form of graphic, video and interactive digital content.
