  Reporting directly to the HR Manger my role was responsible for daily support across all functions of People Management. This included providing support for People Management activity across the organisation by being the first point of contact for employees and candidates, preparing contracts of employment and updating and maintaining People Management communications. Additionally, in my role I was giving oversight and advice, interpreting Policy and Procedures and providing basic generalist HR advice for management. The end to end recruitment process for allocated roles allowed me to build strong relationships with mangers across the organisation. In this role, I developed and implemented a new on-boarding process across the organisation and managed the on-boarding planning and activities for new employees as well as overseeing the off-boarding process.
