  Joining the company in March 2014, it is still early days for me within my new career although I am very much enjoying the new challenge and am now in the process of studying 'Financial Services Regulation and Ethics' towards qualifying and obtaining 'The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice'. As a company, we offer whole of market, independent financial services in relation to Retirement Planning; Commercial and Residential Property Purchase/Re-finance; Investing for Growth/Income/Tax Efficiency; Inheritance Tax Planning, Maximising Income in Retirement; Personal and Business Protection, Design and Implementation of Employee Benefit Strategies and Tax Efficiency Strategies for Directors/PartnersMy current role within the company is PA to the Financial Advisers working very closely not only with them but also with providers and our clients assisting them through their financial processes and applications.   Joining the practice in 1997 as Office Junior, I moved quickly through the stages of becoming Accounts Assistant, Accounts Manager and then to Practice Manager within a very short timescale. In 2000, I achieved a distinction in the Institute of Legal Finance and Management Diploma proudly obtaining the highest grade in the country and subsequently receiving the Law Society 'Wilfred Owen' award. Much of my work involved dealings with the Legal Aid Agency (formerly the Legal Services Commission), The Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority and implementing the ever changing regulatory matters. One of my core duties at Lancasters was PA to the Senior Partner.
