      Initially I was part of the online team. Processing orders, managing marketing campaigns through email offers and website content, liaising with couriers to ensure smooth deliveries to customers and resolving any potential issues. In my final 4 months I changed roles and started working in the Trade and Operations department. I managed tasting tours of the urban winery and organised private functions involving food and wine tasting. These events were sold through our website and through NOTHS platform which I was responsible for.
