From organizing press trips for international journalists and cinema crews to FAM Tours in the Trade and Cruise industry, I also coordinate unique events and help my managers for their events abroad. Super-user for our latest CRM IDSS, I work closely with our IT team to make sure the system is user-friendly for my departement. From reporting to data entry, I continuously train my colleagues and keep them updated on any improvement we make. Show less

Concierge
-
Jul 2015 - Jan 2019
My previous internship was a few days over that a great opportunity arrived. I was incredibly honoured the become part of the Concierge Team at Fairmont The Queen-Elizabeth. To be concierge is more then just a customer service position. To be concierge means going above and beyond the guest requests and expectations. To be concierge is an amazing position where curiosity, passion and motivation meet everyday to serve the guest the best way possible.

Intern F&B Management
-
May 2015 - Jul 2015
I had the privilege to supervise the different Food and Beverage services at Fairmont The Queen-Elizabeth as my final internship for my DCS in International Hospitality Management from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ). From the bar (Les Voyageurs) to the main restaurant (Le Montréalais) and the in-room dining service, I have manage multiple teams and employees. I had the chance to work with motivated and innovative people such as Marc-Antoine Gagnon, Marie-Soleil Giguère and Julien April. Show less

Front Desk Agent
-
May 2016 - Jun 2017
Working as a Front Desk Agent at the Delta Montreal by Marriott was a great learning experience. During this year, Delta Hotels & Resorts was officially part of Marriott International. I had the chance to live completely the changes in a hotel brand, from the guests that we serve everyday to the small details as the logos on the room keys. As a Front Desk Argent, we are the first contact the guest have with the hotel upon his arrival. We make them feel welcome at every check in and check out. From AM, PM and Night shift, from Front Desk to Phone Operator, I was able to be proactive in all my positions. Helping guests, finding solutions, explaining the hotel's services, etc., are only few tasks I had at the Delta Montreal. Show less

Waiter, Runner
-
Jun 2014 - Sep 2014
I was working at the Château de Codignat as a waiter and a runner. As a part of the Relais & Château association, the 5-star castle host a Michelin-starred restaurant. Working with high standards and a lot of pressure really motivated me through my internship. From breakfast to dinner, I was doing multiple tasks. When I was in France, I learned discipline, commitment, speed and diligence. Working in a high-end establishment isn’t for everyone. You need to have autonomy, professionalism, motivation and rigor. Room Attendant
-
Jun 2013 - Oct 2013
I worked at The Wickaninnish Inn in the summer 2013. As a room attendant, I had to clean rooms, do the turn down service, organize the linen closet, and on. However, during these 4 months, I learned to work in team, co-operate with multiple departments of the hotel and understand how important communication and coordination are. Mixing excellent service and the beauty of mother nature, The Wickaninnish Inn is a luxurious establishment where my passion for hospitality has grown.
