I have had the pleasure of working with Marie as vice-chairman of the board of HackYourFuture while Marie was project lead. I know Marie as an incredibly talented, dedicated and passionate leader - with great people skills. But she is really a multi-talent that I imagine would be a great asset in a many different roles - especially within the HR or project-management sphere. With such a tremendous passion and dedication she'll be a success anywhere!

Marie Hoff has been an excellent job mentor and has also helped me through a number of demanding tasks in my project. The Extra Mile project, part of Kompasset Kirkens Korshær’s social services in Cph, is an intensive job-support program for vulnerable jobseeking EU migrants. Mentors are the backbone of this program, providing guidance, and much needed motivation and emotional support. Marie developed a strong relationship with her mentee and helped him become more proactive and creative candidate. Marie has gone above and beyond and also volunteered at the Kirkens Korshær soup-kitchen, got involved in market research and networking, and most recently devoted a great deal of time and energy to write our fundraising application to the European Social Fund. Marie has well rounded qualities- she has a sharp academic mind and analytical skills, but also proved herself as a social worker. She has been one of the most dedicated, reliable and self motivated volunteers I’ve ever had in my team.
