Prepare a daily report detailing jobs that have closed and need to be billed. Interact daily with Salesman to assist in providing accurate Invoices. Perform a variety of clerical tasks including but not limited to: Maintaining over 400 files, answering telephones, utilizing all office equipment, providing world class customer service, taking action to solve problems quickly, reviewing all outgoing correspondence and supporting documents for accuracy in spelling and grammar.
