Ensuring the smooth delivery of the Lifelink counselling and groupwork services across multiple external contracts.Providing day to day line management of 10 therapists who deliver therapy to externally funded youth and adult contracts.Most recently leading the implementation of the newest external contract, delivering to every primary and secondary school in a locality, worth.
