Maria has been a valuable member of the team. During her time at the City, she has grown in confidence and competence, and is capable of managing projects to a very high standard with minimum supervision. She has performed consistently well against all the objectives that she has been set, and puts in additional time and effort to get tasks done to a consistently high standard. She gets on well with everyone in the organisation, including elected members, and has been a credit to the department.
