I've only worked with Vic August-November 2021. It was a tough call, but she was my personal choice among the candidates for PDO IV for my Division at PhilSA due to her experience in the Board of Investments. She definitely did not disappoint and since day 1 of working in PhilSA, she never hesitated to demonstrate her knowledge of industry building while being diplomatic at all times. She is also not afraid to say which aspects she lacks knowledge and experience on, and is always willing to learn. Vic is very dependable, and I could trust her to get things done. When I left, she embraced being officer-in-charge of the Division and showed that she is also capable of being a great leader and great manager. Vic is a great asset to PhilSA, and will be, to any organization that she decides to join.
