I worked on unit balance, systems design, unit creation and monetization for a free to play, asynchronous, turn based strategy game for mobile devices. I created several design documents, spec documents, UI feedback and layout, conducted playtests, gathered data and iterated on design. I successfully balanced all the units to make a compelling and interesting experience.
