Reporting to the Training Regiment Commander, I manage 150 Officers, NCO and Soldiers attending Italian Army Cavalry basic and advanced Training Courses and Exercises. My responsibilities include the following: Human Resource management of all personnel attending specialization courses. Panning and development of the specialization courses for the achievements of training objectives for each personnel category (Officers, NCOS, Soldiers); Definition and measurements of personnel, material and equipment quality KPIs for continuing Improvement process development. Director for planning and execution of "fire exercises" with all Cavalry combat and armored vehicles: Blindo CENTAURO, "ARIETE" Tank, IVECO PUMA 6X6, VTLM IVECO LINCE. Logistics Staff Officer / Section Head - Programme Manager

I have been employed as an operational Logistics Planner, starting with the Interim Standing Joint Logistics Support Group in March 2017, and I was the only staff officer to have continued since July 2018 in the SJLSG Headquarters itself. Over the 4 years I have been the lead staff officer in designing and implementing the SJLSG role to provide Logistics functional coordination for the Enablement of SACEUR's Area of Responsibility. I am a designer, coordinator and the energy behind implementing the VJTF Logistics Workplan, which achieved Enablement Target #1. I continued this momentum by implementing NRF 22 Workplace, in order to achieve Enablement Target #2. During the tenure, I was trained and been certified as a Project, Programme, Portfolio and Risk Manager. I have applied all these skills for ACO's benefits in every work strands of my job. I am adept at developing the analysis, optimizing the delivery of the work package and implementing innovative solutions. I established the routine involvement and coordination across all ACO commands. I designed and implemented ACO's approach to capturing Evidence-Based Assurance for Enablement of VJTF and NRF. I established the Enablement Question Set for Allies and the mechanism of annual Enablement Rehearsal of Concept Drills. Of particular note, my innovative work on the development of an Information Analysis tool, supported by NCI Agency specialists, I optimized and facilitate ACO's understanding of evidence that underpins the Enablement status of national preparations.
