Moving on to new challenges, pushing myself to be better and learning from each situation. Teaching undergraduates how to learn and apply that learning through the things they do, want to do and need to do. So far in 2022 (August), I have 1 peer reviewed journal paper published (IJSDS), 1 conference presentation done (ICEDU2022), 1 peer reviewed proceedings published (https://doi.org/10.17501/24246700.2022.8112), and given 1 keynote speaker talk (Sripatum University Graduate Business School 10th Regional Conference on Graduate Research 2022). Attended several talks on teaching and learning in addition to KMUTT's 2-day conference (21-22 July) on Micro-credentials in Thai higher education (www.4lifelonglearning.org). Started an Embassy Talks Series in 2023 where embassy representatives visit the college, give a short talk and interact with students. This series exposes students directly to the international environment by speaking with people from around the world such as Kenya, Panama and Egypt, at least three times a semester. Focused on research ideas and working how Thai universities can better prepare students for the workplace. Show less

As part of the University's plan to improve, KMITL (a top 10 University in Thailand) started offering an International BBA and MBA, taught in English with the 2017 academic year. As the first foreign lecturer in the department, I helped in preparing the curriculum for the BBA program. Also, I teach courses in Business Management (in English) and supervise undergraduate thesis projects. In addition, I have conducted workshops on using MS Suite to students. Presented at academic conferences yearly and published in peer-reviewed journals. I'm working on more academic papers and research. In addition, I have proposed several systems to improve the support structure for students such as Grammarly for student writing, Tutorial Groups to reinforce learning and provide academic support, maps to change the mindset, and mentoring for student maturity and easing the transition from school to work. Most of these programs are the first at the University. Mentoring programs of this type is new Thailand with just two other universities (as of 2020) having similar programs. I use Canvas and Blackboard to deliver some classes. Participated in AIS-EdX Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2020 program as team mentor. Incorporated mindset in class activities and started the discussion on an MOU with SEAC and KMITL via its Business School on share courses in mindset and other work-related skills. My full-time contract ended before detail discussion and the paperwork signed. Involved in curriculum development (course design and mapping, expected learning outcomes, assessment, etc.) to support the AUN-QA process. Contributing to further program accreditation. A new phase of career development and always looking to learn. Teaching Business Storytelling, Personal Leadership and other courses part-time to Engineering and Architecture undergraduates Show less
