This has been great practice and beneficial to my dream of working within the medical field. Became my Grandmothers health home aid nurse due to her diagnosis of Brian cancer over a week ago and not being able to navigate the world around her by herself without help. I would move heaven and earth to care for my grandmas her because she has done the same thing for me for many years of my life and I’m grateful to pay it forward with the same way. Currently assisting her with anything she needs like for example; Food, drinks, and her medication. Being able to be attentive to her every need is the rewarding experience of my job because family means everything to me and it doesn’t matter if life has to take a pause family is always a priority for me.   Things Remembered was my first official job that has provided me with knowledgeable skills of navigating the work force like for example; upholding the responsibility of being a sales associate by interacting with customers helping the managers with getting the customers items engraved with anything answering their questions handling the register Giving customers their items once in graved and helping a customer find a specific item within the store. Interacting with customers, fluent in Spanish, Boosting up sales by helping customers make it to the register to get their items engraved. Although my time was cut short after the holiday season I wouldn’t trade my experience for the world. Grateful for my experience and looking forward to another opportunity to work there again because I have enjoyed my experience and the managers I have worked with including the people and gained impeccable knowledge and would continue to prosper with my head held high and venture out into the work force in search for a new opportunity hopefully willing to relive my work experience all over again where everything first began for me.
