Marianne attended a digital advertising sales training programme that I ran at the Telegraph in 2010. Although Marianne does not have a media sales background, she notably picked up new concepts and ideas with ease and I was extremely impressed (as were others) by the demonstration of her abilities in numerous individual and group exercises. Marianne is focused, dedicated and shows a high level of professionalism towards product development and project management. Indeed, some of the other course attendees could have benefited from some time listening to her rather than me on occasion! Although Marianne was relatively new to the business at the time of the programme, it was clear that she had gained the respect of her colleagues in a short space of time, and I have no doubt that this will stand her in good stead in the future. It would be a pleasure to work with Marianne again. I would be delighted to recommend Marianne to any organisation, be that employer, customer or supplier.

I learnt a lot off Marianne during her time at WAI, always willing to share advice and assist on many things. Marianne is a cheerful person to be around and a great project manager - very organised and knowledgable. She always had a great repor with clients.
