I'm an am-shift Ala carte chef 7am-3pm in the Ala Carte Snaps bar/Le bar Kitchen. Our kitchen carries out all food orders of guests from Snaps Sports Bar and Le Bar. We also make all pizza orders of the hotel except for the Spiral buffet guests. We do all the pizza orders in Poolside Sunset Bar, Snaps Sports Bar, Le Bar, Room Service. My main duty area is the cold area of Ala Carte kitchen but I rotate in different areas of the Ala Carte Snaps/Le bar kitchen. This includes the Cold, Hot and Pizza station of the Ala Carte. My responsibility is to do all preparations in the cold area that will be used by the next shifts and carry out all guests' cold food item orders during my 7am-3pm shift. Help out finishing all food preps for the Ala carte kitchen (Snaps/Le bar) including the sauces, dressings, marinade, butchered items, entremetier items. I also do the market lists and food storeroom requisitions (groceries) that will be used for the whole day. I help out in writing the food login files for the maintainance of HACCP/Hazzard Analysis Critical Control Point system. Show less
