I was lucky enough to find Marianne in my team during the Manx Executive Challenge. Marianne very quickly established where she could maximise her value to the team and used her talent and experience to build a viable financial model around a three part relationship strategy between Government Provided healthcare, private medical insurance providers and government taxation. No easy feat! Marianne was a key member in the team and without her presence I don’t believe the team would have been as successful as it was. Furthermore Marianne has the talent of being able to encourage calmness in the most hectic of situations - something that, due to the time constraints and high workload, the team definitely benefited from. If I was able to work with Marianne again I would be delighted.
