I currently lead this effort to serve more than 1.4 million individuals in two counties by providing affordable homeownership, critical home repairs, financial literacy and neighborhood revitalization in a large suburban area surrounding Philadelphia. 6 months after the merger was complete, Habitat opened its second ReStore location in Horsham. Now, I oversee this complex NPO managing with a 3.2 million dollar budget, 26 employees, 68 mortgages and a pipeline of 20 properties in line for development. Show less
