I remember the first time I’ve asked Mariane to work with me was in the US during a business event; she declined and recommended a friend instead. I trusted her advice and could benefit from the support of an exceptional student. As I was looking for a second intern a couple of months later, Mariane eventually joined the Corporate Social Responsibility EMEA team. Then started a very fruitful collaboration between all team members. This is how Mariane is and works. She has not only the human and professional qualities that are critical for the success of a CSR position but she has other rare qualities. She connects people and contributes to set a perfect work environment, where everyone feels comfortable to utilize his best skills for the sake of the CSR initiatives. AIME est une association d'intérêt général qui a pour objet de favoriser l'engagement citoyen des jeunes. Nous oeuvrons autour de deux pôles d'activité : - la gestion de dispositifs de volontariat en France et à l'étranger, notamment à travers le dispositif de Service Civique - l'éducation à la citoyenneté et à la solidarité internationale via des contenus de formations, ateliers et séjours immersifs pour des jeunes éloigné·e·s de ces thématiques. L'objectif est de faire de l'engagement citoyen un levier pour l'insertion socio-professionnelle des jeunes et un outil d'impact pour nos associations partenaires. Depuis sa création en 2009, AIME a accompagné 500 jeunes en mission de volontariat en France et à l'étranger, auprès de 50 partenaires dans 15 pays, et leur action a impacté la vie de dizaine de milliers de bénéficiaires. AIME a également formé et sensibilisé plusieurs milliers de jeunes sur les sujets liés à l'engagement citoyen et à la solidarité. AIME regroupe une équipe de 12 salarié·e·s et 6 jeunes en Service Civique ! Show less
