The objective of this role is to develop and optimize a protocol for the generation of iPS cell-derived dendritic cells, characterise these cells at phenotypic, functional and molecular levels, develop and execute CRISPR–Cas9 based screens in these cells to identify immune-modulatory targets, and validate putative targets in iPS-cell-derived and primary dendritic cells.
