Tasks and responsibilities: 1. Support in audit-related advisory and audits of compliance management systems, risk management systems, internal audit systems and internal control systems as part of annual audits; 2. Engagement in the design and optimization of internal control systems at 10+ international companies mainly in the automotive industry & logistics; 3. Support during control testing for customers: implementation of Operating Effectiveness Testing (ToE), participation in process walkthrough meetings, elaboration of process descriptions and documentation; 4. Assistance in the Project Management Office (PMO) including creation of hourly reports; 5. Participation in the annual audit of various customers by examining and commenting on management reports, reconciliation of profit and loss statements, and random examination of sales revenues; 6. Research on topics related to governance systems and auditing with the demonstration of the results in PowerPoint or Excel charts; 7. Preparation of e-learnings, external recruiting events on audit-related topics, offer presentations and flyers, project documents and templates. Show less
