Prepare the corresponding payments;– Coordinate with the Senior Grants Manager to track the monthly grants projections;– Extract from QuickBooks the actual grants report for the current cycle;– Coordinate with the Procurement Specialist to maintain and update the office asset/inventory registry; undertake annual verification of asset/inventory stocks.
