Co-led action-research and the analysis of the Brazilian national poverty reduction programme 'Brasil sem Miséria' as well as public policies aimed at guaranteeing universal access to public services such as education, health, water and sanitation. Research findings were used for both high-level advocacy and the mobilisation of grassroots movements, resulting in the organisation of high-level events and the publication of several articles and media pieces.
