  As Marine Personal Manager I was in charge of managing and supervising all aspects of the crew members' employment with TSM AS: seafarers recruiting and hiring, staffing, scheduling crew assignments for crew members, compensation, development of training plan. On a daily basis performed duties of: • Inspecting seafarers certificates and other documents to ensure that they are verified for authenticity and to approve them as candidates for further recruitment• Interviewing seafarers • Arranging briefing and pre-joining instruction for seafarers, issuing letters with full agent details to seafarer and ensuring that employment contract, drug and alcohol policy, medical information are duly signed• Transmitting all information on seafarers joining named vessel, his flight details • Communicating with the customer in all available means and documenting important matters in writing • Assessing training needs for each seafarer• Immediately taking actions having received report on non-conformity • Handling Client’s comments and requests• Deputy director in directors absence
