I took care of 3 children (twins who were born a month after my arrival and a boy who was 5 years old at the same time - August 2019), my duties include taking care of the daily routine, directing the children to outside activities, creating educational activities, helping in homework, among others. Jr. Quality Analyst

I was part of the Quality Assurance team - JBS, where my role was to ensure that the production process took place within sanitary standards and good manufacturing practices, and all self-control programs also working with the supervisors of the areas for the treatment of non conformities looking for their non-recurrence. I had contact with the areas: Slaughter / Hot Area and entrails, Deboning, Expedition and also in the documentary part. I also worked in the Risk Management area, where I checked production processes on a daily basis, as well as labels and packaging to ensure that they were being produced within the standards required in each certification. During this period I was able to give trainings to employees on Standards of Good Manufacturing Practices and Animal Welfare, as well as conduct educational activities such as Quality Week so that the process on the part of employees could happen in a playful way. During my time as Junior Quality Analyst and responsible for the aforementioned sectors, JBS Goiânia was approved twice in the MC Donald's audit, as well as having an AA rating in the BRC audit and also certification to export to China. Internship as a mandatory part for training in the Animal Science graduation. During this period as an intern, I had direct contact with Quality Assurance and went through all sectors of the company, having direct contact with each production process, learning details about the evaluation of each sector, health standards and good manufacturing practices and also I had contact with the specific requirements of each certification owned by the JBS Goiânia plant.
