  My tasks would mainly have been ensuring that accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented, not just in the hotel rooms and corridors but also the reception area, restrooms and function rooms. I also worked in the hotels in-house laundry, arranging both the accommodation and the hotel function room’s linen supplies. As part of these roles, I had to liaise with the other departments in the hotel, such as the kitchen and reception departments.
