Oxfam are in the midst of the biggest internal change that they have ever been through. This multi-faceted, complex, international humanitarian development charity, are changing the way they are structured. The new One Oxfam model means that country and regional teams report through a single Oxfam International line, simplifying Oxfam's processes in country, increasing their impact and ultimately becoming more cost effective. Transitioning into One Oxfam is far from simple but it is very necessary for Oxfam, as a confederation, to stay relevant and continue the fight against poverty. My role is at the centre of this: informing, engaging, consulting and sharing stories with 6,000 Oxfam staff and 22,000 volunteers, in the UK and more than 30 country teams across the world. Show less
