I had the pleasure of working with Marian Hagood throughout 2017 and 2018, while she was the instructor for the Alabama Industrial Development Training program. The program is a vehicle provided by the state through which we trained and hired during the startup of our company. On-site classes were held weekly at our production facility where Ms. Hagood trained on numerous topics such as Quality, Safety, Math and Production Processes as related to our operation. She is very personable, organized and efficient, always willing to do what is needed to engage individuals in class activities. In her role, she also assessed individual performance and was excellent in identifying the best talent for our culture and work environment. She adapts very well to last-minute changes, has a very cooperative attitude and gives excellent attention to detail. She is always professional, easy to work with and gets along well with everyone.
