  I deal with front end claims and deal with a portfolio of over 100 claims within Emergency Services . Each worker of mine is treated with compassion and understanding. My role varies from day to day and generally involves check in conversations with workers, employers and providers to see they require anything from us, paying and processing payments and reimbursements and initiating contacts of new claims that have come in.
